Hello there! Our journey began in August 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID era. With a passion for creating mouthwatering dishes, we started selling our renowned shrimp ceviche at weekend pop-up markets. Thanks to the support of our fellow entrepreneurs, we secured our own spot at the motu in June 2021, marking the birth of our signature location. Building on our success, we proudly opened our second location in May 2022 in Galveston, situated at 61st and Stewart. As we continue to grow, we have expanded our menu to offer more than just ceviche. Our offerings now include our famous lobster rolls and delectable lobster grilled cheese. Fueled by an abundance of love for what we do, we are dedicated to providing exceptional culinary experiences for our patrons.
